Curt Johnson came out to take a look at our roof in Collin County today, and was tremendously impressive. A salesman from another company had told us we needed a new roof, did a survey and was hustling us to put in a claim. We went looking for a second opinion, and Curt came highly recommended. He did his survey, and was totally honest about the state of our roof - he advised us to wait until there was another serious storm, as he was skeptical that the insurance company would approve a claim at this time, and felt that the roof is in solid shape. He has a background as a general contractor, and in the course of his survey gave generous, clear and detailed advice about the other issues facing our home, and the order in which we should do the jobs, to no profit of his own.
